Booking Policy:
∴Rate is for one bedroom with maximum 2 person adult with 1 child∴
∴reservation is confirmed after we reconfirm the reservation directly by Email or WhatsApp∴
∴payment is done upon arrival by cash only∴
∴minimum 2 nights during the High Season∴
∴last minute reservation maximum at 6 pm local time∴

Cancellation Policy:
∴Free Cancellation for cancellation made 3 days prior arrival∴
∴1 night penalty if reservation cancelled between 3 days before arrival∴
∴100% penalty if No Show∴
∴Early check out (with no exception) will be charged 100% from total amount if remaining stay is 1 night∴
∴Early check out (with no exception) will be charged 50% from total amount if remaining stay more than 1 night∴

		Our Room Happy Devi Guesthouse built in a very suitable area for accommodation, the surrounding are all friendly local Balinese neighborhood, so the place will be quiet and free from noises, the street connecting our place ant the main street is only used by 3 property, our guesthouse, a villa rental and a surfstay. Our room is about 25 meter square, its include a front terrace with two wooden chair, queen size bed, bathroom with hot shower, AC & ceiling fan, wardrobe.

Our Facilities Our guesthouse offer facilities to ensure our guest convenient while their stay ∴Free WiFi (3 Mbps Fiberoptic)∴ Our guests are provided wifi for own use ∴Large Swimming Pool (around 30 square meter)∴ Our pool water is treated according to standard so the water quality is al ways maintained. The depth of the pool is 1.5 meter, swimming is own guests risk, because we do not have staff that watch the pool at all time. ∴Communal Kitchen∴ Guest are provided standard equipment for making simple meal. Please help to maintain the cleanliness at all the time. ∴Free Parking∴ Space are available in front of our gate. Guests are expected to park and arrange vehicle nicely and do not block each other.

		Our Services Few Extras that will add more convenient stay at Happy Devi Guesthouse: ∴Laundry Services∴ Please contact our staff to organize this service, normally it will take 24 to 48 hours to get the laundry done. ∴Housekeeping Service∴ Our staff will be available during the day between 8 am till 4 pm. Guests room will be cleaned during this time, special request can be accommodated and subject to availability. ∴Airport Pick Up or Drop Off∴ New arrival guest will be picked up from the airport at a very reasonable price. Please provide Flight Number & Flight Arrival Time to organize the service, our driver will bring a sign with your name on it at the pick up zone & payment directly to the driver. This service must be reconfirmed 24 hours prior arrival day by direct email only. Rate IDR 250K ∴Scooter or Motorbike rental∴ This service must be reconfirmed by direct email or WhatsApp max 24 hour prior arrival. Rate IDR 70K per day without insurance. Special request can be accommodated and subject to availability. ∴Day tour∴ This service must be reconfirmed by direct email or WhatsApp max 24 hour prior service day. Rate IDR 600K per day, this include English speaking driver with well knowledge in traffic & tourist object, 6 seated minivan with air conditioner, 10 hours duration. Special request can be accommodated and subject to availability.
